This study shows how, by utilising the online Corporate Learning Service (GlobalEnglish), the hotel chain significantly improved employees ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking). Thus improving levels of customer service. The study also shows how the program increased employees' job performance. This case study was supplied by Global English
