Measuring the Business Impact of Learning

 

Measuring business impact of learning is high on an organisation’ s list of desires, but often low on their implementation plan.  Linking learning to business gain is a powerful weapon in the hands of training professionals, to justify spend and to encourage buy in but it is notoriously difficult to identify.
