The Towards Maturity research highlighted the growth in rapid e-learning development as learning professionals are looking to become more responsive to employer needs.

Organisations mature in their use of e-learning are more likely to use these tools and also report increased business impact from their learning solutions.

Rapid e-learning however has been criticised for being dull with design being compromised by speed to market. Apparently this doesn't necessarily have to be the case. In their new free insights report published today, Kineo argue that rapid design can be different and better than traditional e-learning design.
