Michelle Russell and David Chidley outline their award winning strategies for sustaining interest amongst their learners.

 This is a great example of how technology can motivate busy learners and change their behavior. It also outlines how motivation can be sustained through the creative use of online learning communities.

This presentation was recorded at the Simply The Best seminar on the 30th of January this year. Royal Caribbean Cruises won silver award for best content at the  E-learning awards 2007. The 4th Annual E-Learning Awards 2008 was formally launched at Learning Technologies on 30-31 January 2008.  Entries are now being invited for this year's awards.
