Similar to many organisations, the British Council needs to ensure that both managers and staff understand and comply with corporate policy when they are carrying out performance management, recruitment and selection. Fairness and transparency in these areas is central to ensuring that the British Council lives up to its values. This case study examines how The British Council met the needs of the organisation.
