After assessing line-of-business requirements and capabilities, L&D at BT decided to implement a collaborative system for authoring, managing and deploying learning content. Now, nearly a year after its initial implementation, BT’s collaborative authoring system is enabling the lines of business to deliver e-learning content more quickly and efficiently – and ensuring compliance with the company’s commitment to accessibility.
