Autonomy Multimedia won the Gold Award for the Best use of Rapid e-learning at the 2009 e-learning awards for their elegant busines solution to a challenge at Citroen.
In just 10 days, they developed an e-guide for the car company to solve a the problem of car owners claiming on waranties for car keys that don't work but could be quickly repaired in the dealership, if only the staff knew how.
The solution was simple - the repair needed was quick but fiddly to master so the e-guide captured the solution on video to demonstrate how it could be done.
Within 6 weeks over 1.600 dealership staff had completed the module and the repairs started to flow, saving time and waranty pay outs.
We have included this in our Evidence for Change programme because a simple guide , costing a few thousand to build is on the way to saving Citroen £1 million!
