The new 2010 E-Learning awards were launched at the Learning Technologies event in January this year.
Towards Maturity are really proud to support these awards as each category has been design to really promote excellence in the use of learning technologies for building skills and performance. Though our partnership with the awards, we are able to bring our readers plenty of hints and tips from previous winners and to share the secrets of their success.

The award categories are as follows:
- Meeting the needs of compliance for an external regulator or an internal workforce
- Best use of mobile learning
- The best use of rapid e-learning content
- The best use of synchronous e-learning
- The best online or distance learning programme
- The best learning game, simulation or virtual environment
- The best use of social media for learning (NEW for 2010)
- The most innovative new product or tool in e-learning
- The best e-learning project securing widespread adoption
- Excellence in the production of learning content - Not for Profit Sector
- Excellence in the production of learning content - Private Sector
- Excellence in the production of learning content - Public Sector
- E-learning internal project team of the year
- E-learning industry award for outstanding achievement - individual
- E-learning industry award for outstanding achievement - corporate

You have plenty of time to get ready as the deadline for registration of entry is the 30 June 2010 ( with the deadline for submission of entry on the 30 July 2010).
