In this podcast, Julie Wedgwood, Julie Wedgwood Head of ICT Education Training and Development at
Cheshire ICT Service outlines how her learning and development team built their skills and confidence with web 2.0 technologies to deliver improved learning services on a tiny budget.

Julie's team provides training servies to a wide range of NHS organisations in the region and the team's approach has helped them harness technology to deliver some great results, even when budgets have been slashed.

When you listen you'll see that it is no wonder that Julie and her team have won a range of awards over the past 2 years - including the IITT's Gold winner for Training Department of the year for 2 consecutive years - 2009 and 2010 -  for their innovative practical approach.
