Frankly in this day and age there is really no excuse! With the new tools in our hands, new understanding about supporting performance and the ways that people learn and fresh research on how to deliver results, why is it that so many are stuck in old style thinking and delivery methods?
For 6 years, Towards Maturity have been researching how new tools are bringing about improved learning innovation , agility and . As a result we have been linking up with Training Journal’s L&D 2020 research project to understand how L&D needs to transform in order to deliver.
We will be presenting at the TJ conference and awards (21st September) on Using learning innovation to accelerate business change.
