The last 10 years have seen major changes in e-learning. A shift from the tech-centric to the learner-centric, from learning objectives to business impact, from cost to value, from the individual to the social, and a shift from changing behaviour to change is everything.

  • What difference has it made to you?
  • What should have changed but hasn't?
  • What expectations do you have for the next 10 years?
  • How can L&D support an ever faster rate of business change with technology?

Towards Maturity is supporting Brightwave in their study to help measure significant changes in e-learning in the past 10 years, and importantly, to understand what we all need to do to support changing business practices in the next decade We invite you to participate in this important research by December 17th to understand what we can learn from the past 10 years to fulfil our expectations for the next decade.
