Winner of the IITT's instructional designer of the  year outlines a new approach to online assessment. 

In this podcast, Laura Overton interviews Michael Watkins , the Director of Instructional Design and Technology at Toolwire and the current holder of the Instructional Designer of the year award from the Institute of IT Training (who became the Learning and Performance Institute this September).

His unique philosophy for developing learner centric design through stortytelling and natural assessment captured the judges imagination. He is sharing some of his secrets of success with Towards Maturity listeners in a 2 part interview. (You can listen to part 1 on Storytelling here).
