Our aim is to help you use the research to open up new conversations within your business, to help you to help your stakeholders Think Differently about learning technology adoption. So we were thrilled to receive this testimony from a Senior Organisational Development officer at a large County Council!

" I recently attended Learning Technologies conference 2012 and got my hands on the Boosting Business Agility Infographic from Towards Maturity - my first thoughts were what a brilliant document and so handy to have a one's finger tips when trying to explain the bigger picture to everyday people. I have been struggling for a number of years to get mindsets changed around what difference learning technologies could make and that it was not just e-learning....
 
So when I got back to the office I decided to use this document as a tool to aid my discussions about Learning Technologies and how we can improve the organisation's performance with key stakeholders. My first opportunity was in my 1-2-1 with our newly internally appointed Head of Service. The Infogram helped tell a story of what we should be striving for without me needing to explain it in too much detail. The result of the conversation was 'how can we build this approach into our People Strategy (2012 -2014)' and what type of conversation did my Head of Service need to have with our Chief Information Officer to ensure our ICT strategy supported what we would be striving to achieve. I am now looking forward to further supporting the initial conversations with the Business Leaders report which will provide some additional information for the key stakeholders"
